How do I choose the right size?
EEMMERX grip socks come in three sizes: S/M (US Women's 5-8), M/L (US Women's 8-11), and L/XL (US Women's 11-14). We recommend sizing up if you are between sizes for a more comfortable fit.
Do the socks run true to size?
Yes, our socks are designed to fit true to size with a slight stretch. The premium cotton blend provides a snug, supportive fit that holds its shape through repeated washing.
Grip Technology
How does the grip technology work?
Our proprietary grip dots are applied to the sole and heel of each sock using a specialized silicone application process. This creates maximum friction between your sock and the studio floor, mat, or reformer carriage, enhancing your stability and control during every movement.
Will the grip wear off over time?
Our grip dots are designed to maintain their adhesion through multiple washes. We recommend washing your socks inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle to preserve the grip pattern.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my EEMMERX socks?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, inside out. Do not tumble dry — lay flat to dry or hang. Do not bleach or iron. This preserves both the fabric quality and the grip pattern.
